One week before the european championship of duathlon, I participated in a team time trial race format in France. I joined this team, E.S.M.G.O. only this year, but we know we had a very strong team. This race was the national championship.
The race turned out in our favor as we put in a very good time. But our closest rivals still had t do their race. Very carefully we followed their race and their timing splits. But in the end, we had been able to keep the fastest time and we won the championship by a good margin!
My first race for the team and immediatley a championship win! This couldn’t have gone any better! Also a very good final rehearsel for the european championships in Ibiza next week!
