PRO Iron Man 70.3 Lanzarote

I’m training for the triathlon, which I believe is one of the most complete sports in the world.

First race of 2023 done and dusted ✅️

2nd Pro race ever, 14° spot with a top 10 in very close range.

1st race is always difficult. But not bad to start the season, given the tough competition, the very hard conditions and a course not suiting me very well.Some good take aways for improving on towards the rest of the season!
